Abstract:In 2019，China’s insurance industry maintained a stable development trend. The regulatory authority has further deepened the reform of the insurance industry on the premise that systemic financial risks would not occur，and strengthened the compliance management of insurance institutions，further regulated the use of insurance funds and the management of the insurance assets and debt. At the same time，the regulatory authority continued to strengthen the protection of consumer rights and rectify the chaos in the insurance industry. In addition，the government has adopted a number of measures to promote China’s insurance market’ opening to the whole world and to serve the real economy.
