2019年银行业监管报告及2020年监管展望

Abstract:In the year 2019，the banking supervision department continuously stepped up financial supervisions，improved the supervision system，and enhanced supervision effectiveness. Meanwhile，the banking supervision department remained committed to the guiding principles of compliance construction，continuously improved the regulatory system of financial institutions，made key progress in preventing and defusing financial risks，further streamlined administration and delegated powers and accelerated the opening of domestic banking industry. Under a whole raft of appropriate measures，the financial institutions in the banking industry continued to improve their capability to better serve the real economy in the respects of the quality and effectiveness and，in particular，ramped up support for private businesses，small and micro enterprises and financial assistance to poverty alleviation. For the year ahead 2020，the bank supervision department will continue to adhere to the underlying guidelines of pursing progress while ensuring stability，and actively engage in the task of “six stability” to undo the influence of the COVID-19 epidemic and promote the role of financial services to facilitate the improvement of the quality and efficiency in the real economy. Meanwhile，we will carry out measures to further forestall and defuse major financial risks，promote the opening of domestic banking industry and deepen the supply-side structural reform of the financial industry.
