Based on the reality and prospects，Guangzhou should make scientific planning and precise implementation. By optimizing the industry，expanding the market，creating favorable environment，and making precise investment，Guangzhou should serve the building of the new development paradigm by accelerating the high-quality development of itself，so as to build an international metropolis with classic charm and vitality of the era.
