2020年跨境并购与企业产业整合——基于长电科技的案例研究

Abstract:With the gradual advancement of the “Belt and Road” initiative，a large number of enterprises seeking to expand in the international market improve their competitiveness through cross-border mergers and acquisitions. In 2020，the semiconductor industry has become the focus of the game between China and the United States. As a leading enterprise in the semiconductor packaging and testing industry，the growth path of JCET has been widely concerned by people. In the process of development，in addition to relying on their own technology innovation，the company began to layout the international market through cross-border mergers and acquisitions. After the acquisition STATS ChipPAC in Singapore over a six-year period to 2020，the company achieved leapfrog growth in technology and scale through continuous follow-up capital operation and business restructuring. By analyzing the background，process，business integration and economic consequences of this case，the paper can provides reference experience for cross-border mergers and acquisitions of Chinese enterprises.
