Abstract:Under the background of the COVID-19 in 2020，the American left-wing political parties performed actively，realized the development and progress of the organizational strength，and on the whole presented a “steady and progressive” trend. The ideological trend of Sounders’ Democratic Socialism continued to influence American politics，the anti-capitalist movement，which was inspired by the death of Black Floyd，and the anti-capitalist movement，whose main theme was “down with the statues of the representatives of the bourgeoisie”，were intertwined with the anti-racism that swept across the country，put the United States in the global spotlight. From the perspective of development，the power of the left-wing political party and the socialist movement in the United States is scattered，it is difficult to achieve unity in the short term，the domestic political influence is limited，and is unlikely to influence the political trend of the United States in the short term.
