Abstract:Currently,the main economies around the world are focusing on developing new industries,competing for the commanding point of economy and technology.There are some common features in the progresses of developing the new industries in different countries:first,every country has made the technology innovation and new industries' development its national strategy;secondly,the priority areas of the new industries mainly focus on new energy and bio-technology;third,the level of R&D investment is enlarging continuously while the intensity of R&D is increasing constantly,resulting in fierce competition for technological human resources.The development of new industries will make a profound impact on the global industry structure.It will reinforce the control of the developed economies in the upstream of the industrial chain,while at the same time offering the emerging economies a precious opportunity to leap towards the upstream of the industrial chain.
