国际直接投资形势回顾与展望
文章摘要：受金融危机和世界经济衰退的影响，2009年的全球外国直接投资（FDI）流入规模显著减少。但在2010年，伴随着跨国公司投资信心的逐步恢复，全球外国直接投资流入规模开始回升，预计将超过2009年并达到1.2万亿美元左右的水平。尽管依然有一些国家出台了新的限制外国投资的政策，但更多的国家还是更加趋向于对外国投资实施进一步自由化和便利化的鼓励政策。
Abstract:After a significant global FDI downturn in 2009，the FDI flows worldwide are expected to recover slightly in 2010. In the longer term，the recovery in FDI flows is set to gather momentum. Global inflows are expected to pick up to around USMYM1.2 trillion in 2010. Most countries continue to liberalize and promote foreign investment，although a few countries have adopted new policy measures regulating foreign investment. 展开
