Abstract:At present, the integrated development of the Yangtze River Delta has become a national strategy. The construction of a world-class urban agglomeration still faces the ecological and environmental shortcomings left by the past urbanization expansion and the disorderly spread of the industrial land and the relatively backward integration of regional ecological environmental protection. Considering the scarcity of spatial resources, the versatility of functions, and the competition between urban construction and ecological land, the mechanism of spatial ecological conflict formation in the process of urbanization is analyzed,a spatial ecological conflict measurement model is constructed, and evaluation is identified The characteristics and laws of the evolution of spatial ecological conflicts during the development of urbanization in the Yangtze River Delta, and the discussion of targeted conflict early warning and planning control measures have important theoretical and practical significance for the construction of world-class urban agglomerations in the Yangtze River Delta. The study analyzed the evolution of the spatial ecological conflict pattern in the Yangtze River Delta from 2000 to 2018. The results show that:① The spatial ecological conflicts in the Yangtze River Delta are mainly concentrated in a Z-shaped belt-shaped areas composed of 8 core cities such as Shanghai,Nanjing,Hangzhou,Suzhou,Wuxi,Changzhou,Jiaxing and Ningbo,② Regional spatial ecological conflicts have now evolved from a “point-axis” conflict diffusion model to a multi-centric networked development stage. During this period, the intensity of spatial conflicts showed an upward trend in fluctuations and remained generally under control. At different evolutionary stages, with the successive introduction of urbanization development strategies and ecological environmental protection policies, the types of spatial ecological conflicts are significantly different,③ Aiming at the four levels of conflict of stability, controllability, basic controllability, basic out of control, and serious out of control of the spatial ecological conflicts in the Yangtze River Delta region,it is proposed to promote the integration of the ecological environment governance system in the Yangtze River Delta region and strengthen the spatial ecology of different levels in the region Three areas of countermeasures are proposed for the management and control of conflict zoning plans and the improvement of early-warning control mechanisms for spatial ecological conflicts in the Yangtze River Delta.
