国际组织数字经济测度方法研究

Abstract:Today，digital economic measurement has become the research focus in international organizations and major countries. This article reviews the research reports of the past year on measuring the digital economy released by international organizations including the International Monetary Fund （IMF），the Group of Twenty （G20），and the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development （OECD）. Also，it comprehensively introduces the measurement frameworks and key results of OECD’s “Measuring the Digital Transformation”. In addition，it analyzes China’s performance in the “Measuring the Digital Transformation”，summarizes the enlightenment of the digital economic measurement work，and provides guidance on measuring the digital economy in China.
