中国-东盟自由贸易区：历程、成效、问题及发展建议

Abstract:Since the signing of the China-ASEAN Free Trade Area Agreement，China and ASEAN countries have made joint efforts to create a free trade area development path featuring progressive development，differentiated treatment，win-win and mutual benefit，making sure all nations share the benefits of regional economic integration. After 18 years of development，the China-ASEAN Free Trade Area has entered a new stage of high-standard，high-quality，and high-level development，providing a best practice model for the construction and development of the free trade area network in China，Asia and even the whole world. At present，there still exist some “out-of-tune” sounds and factors affecting the sustainable development of bilateral relations in the future. In order to secure stable and long-term China-ASEAN relations，the parties need to build consensus and enhance mutual trust. RCEP was already successfully reached within 2020.If it can be implemented as soon as possible，it will greatly promote the development of China-ASEAN bilateral economic and trade relations.
