Abstract:The wide-area planning association of capital-circle in Japan started implementing the “Wide-Area Planning of Capital-Circle” in 2016. The goal is to rebuild a “convective and vibrant society” with a decade of development in 2025. Its work focuses on preventing natural disasters，enhancing international competitiveness，coping with multifaceted aging，and unleashing development opportunities for the 2020 Tokyo Olympic Games. Based on the study of the conception of convective capital-circle of Tokyo，basic policies and construction actions，this paper proposes the experience and inspiration of the implementation and promotion of regional integration，the development of metropolitan area in China.
