2020~2030年多伦多通过公共艺术激发城市活力

Abstract:The Toronto Public Art Strategy（2020-2030）sets out a ten-year plan focus on creativity，community and everywhere to strengthen the City’s commitment to public art. Based on the strategic report，this article introduces what is public art，the city of Toronto’s three public art programs，and the 21 action plans for the vision of creativity，community and everywhere. Then puts forward 4 suggestions for the development of urban public art in China：systematic public art planning，management and operation mechanism，diverse expressions of public art forms，active and diverse public art participants，ubiquitous public art space.
