2019年波兰文化发展报告

Abstract:The cultural undertakings of Poland have flourished for many years due to its enhanced economic strength. In 2019，the government continued to strengthen its policy on cultural construction，while the investment of EU funds to Polish cultural projects steadily increased，together providing a solid foundation for Polish cultural development. In the context of the 15th anniversary of Poland’s accession to the EU，the cultural market has been effectively regulated and governed，the regional cultural industry has been steadily developed under the leading of the national cultural institutions，the public cultural service system has been continuously improved，the preservation of Polish cultural heritage at home and abroad has been further implemented，and the national cultural communication and competitiveness have been continuously strengthened. In addition，the year 2019 marks the 70th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Poland. High-level dialogues and cultural exchanges between China and Poland have become more frequent，thus bilateral cultural cooperation has been further promoted. This report mainly focuses on the nine characteristics of Poland’s domestic cultural development and international cultural communication and cooperation，describes，analyzes，and evaluates Polish cultural development in 2019 on the whole.
