中以创新合作平台发展现状与展望

Abstract:In recent years，with the continued deepening of bilateral relations and innovative cooperation between China and Israel，Sino-Israel innovation cooperation platforms have also entered into a rapid development period. In this paper，Sino-Israel innovation cooperation platforms such as innovation parks，incubators and innovation centers either under construction or in operation as of the end of 2019 are systematically investigated and analyzed. The authors conduct a comprehensive analysis on the basic situation，spatial distribution，cooperation fields，platform types and nature of the leading units of Sino-Israel innovation cooperation platforms，briefly expound the recent development of typical cooperation platforms，and profoundly study the current problems and challenges restricting the development of cooperation platforms. Moreover，they propose policy recommendations on promoting the high-quality development of Sino-Israel innovation cooperation platforms.
