Abstract:This report constructs the index system of digital economic competitiveness.By using the latest data to substitute it into the index system，the calculation results show that the digital economic competitiveness of the United States ranks first in the world for four consecutive years，while Singapore and China rank second and third. The gap between China and the United States in digital economic competitiveness is narrowing year by year，and China’s digital industry competitiveness ranked first in the world for four consecutive years，but the scores of digital innovation competitiveness and digital governance competitiveness index are low. From the perspective of regional characteristics，the competitiveness of digital economy in East Asia and Western Europe is strong，while that in Africa and Latin America is weak. The digital economy of Southeast Asian countries is developing rapidly，and there are great differences in the competitiveness of digital economy among countries in the region. In addition，the paper also makes an in-depth analysis of the scores of each sub item and the economic indicators.
