2018~2019年上海和东盟地区合作机制与模式创新

Abstract:From 2018 to 2019，the “Belt and Road” initiative continued to make steady progress in the ASEAN region. Due to the general slowdown in global economic growth，uncertainties in the process of globalization are increasing. Through the construction of “Belt and Road Initiative”，the economic and trade cooperation between China and ASEAN countries has been further improved. Shanghai continues to participate deeply in the construction of “Belt and Road” Initiative，providing services for the promotion of local enterprises in the ASEAN region. In order to achieve this goal，Shanghai is establishing a closer cooperative relationship with Singapore，which is the most important country in the economic system of the ASEAN region. Shanghai is constantly trying to create a more effective cooperation mechanism，making use of the innovation of the cooperation model between Shanghai and Singapore to continuously release the potential of regional economic development and provide support for the construction of “Belt and Road” Initiative in ASEAN.
