Abstract:Actively responding to climate change and curbing global warming have become a global consensus. To achieve the temperature control targets set in the Paris Agreement，the global economy must enter a low-carbon，sustainable development path，which will have a profound impact on all aspects of the economy and society. Understanding and accurately predicting the impact and impact of climate change measures on employment，and properly responding to and promoting a fair and sustainable transformation of society through targeted mechanisms are important foundations for obtaining support from all sectors of society for climate action. Examining the possible impact of related climate policies and actions on employment is an important topic for correct selection of policy objectives and assessment of policy impacts. In order to better promote the employment creation effect in the implementation of the climate policy and deal with the adverse impacts，China should actively carry out targeted basic research，increase investment to promote the employment creation effect of climate change actions，and establish a mechanism to promote just transition planning，strategies and funding mechanism arrangements.
