Abstract:Abstract：Non-CO2 GHGs is an important part of the national GHG inventory，which contributes about 17% of the total GHGs emission（without LULUCF）. Non-CO2 controlling plays a significant role in the general GHG abatement and international commitment implementation. This study carried out detailed analysis of the current Non-CO2 emission in inventory，summarized the related policies and mitigation actions in key Non-CO2 emission sectors. The study also projected the Non-CO2 emission of 2221 Mt CO2e by the end of 13th five-year，and 23.57 Mt CO2e in 2025，which means of 1.2% of growth annually during the 14th five-year，from which the industry，oil and gas and waste sectors contributes more for the growing trend.
