Abstract:As the country’s first batch of cross-border e-commerce import pilot and the second batch of cross-border e-commerce comprehensive test area，the e-commerce transactions in Chongqing has continued to increase. Many leading companies in this field have landed and the comprehensive service platform has continued to optimize. The efficiency of customs clearance has been improved and the role of logistics hub has become increasingly obvious. At the same time，Chongqing continued to innovate its cross-border e-commerce pattern. For example，the city jointly established a “data+ecology” foreign trade service model with Alibaba. This way helps realize the new business of “front store with back warehouse+fast delivery”，achieve the two-way international transport and postal exchanges and build the first “bonded business zone” in western China. By far，the “bonded+” industry has been shaped. With the unique location and traffic advantages，Chongqing is exploring the road of future development through model innovation and striving to become a demonstration city among comprehensive test area in China.
