江苏构建现代农业支持保护制度的现状与对策

Abstract:The protection system is the core of national modern agricultural policy. Jiangsu province is in the developed area and comprehensive reform area. Many innovative practices were set out，which include purchase services，agriculture insurance，financial support and irrigation conservancy. But there existed a lot of problems. The current policies were lagging behind the actual situation. Investment and technical support were insufficient. The cadres and masses at the grass-roots level lacked the motivation. In order to solve these issues，some countermeasures are put forward，which include improving management mechanism，optimizing the mode of agricultural input，strengthening the prevention of agricultural risk，promoting the efficiency of agricultural service，and so on.
