Abstract:China energy industry was overall stable in 2009，but there were many momentous events such as the coal industry restructuring in many provinces brought by the Coal Reform in ShanXi province，gas shortage appeared across the country which highlighted the contradiction between supply and demand and the implementation of the new refined oil pricing mechanism.It is expected that China’s total energy production will grow in 2010.This growth may show the “slow down after” feature.Research find that China’s energy diversification trend is clearly which manifests in three aspects.Firstly，the based energy system is forming diversified development trend.Secondly，energy structure is showing the low-carbon and diversified pattern.Thirdly，Energy development is forming the regional diversification strategy.We believe that low carbon is a goal of China.The structural transformation of the energy is the key to the country’s economic restructuring，which is also an important symbol of social progress.To achieve low-carbon and orderly energy structure is the fundation of the China’s energy strategy.
