分报告一 重新发掘煤炭资源价值

Abstract:Since reform and opening-up，the economic operation of China’s coal industry has obtained substantial development，the coal output has maintained considerable growth，the level of production and technology has been gradually enhanced，and the conditions of safety production have also been improved. China as the largest coal mining country in the world，maintaining coal industry sustainable and sound development is vital to promote national economy development，to safeguard the energy security. In 2007，the overall of coal industry ran at a high level and kept basic balance of supply/demand in the market. However，the partial supplies are in a bit tense situation，such as some regions，some seasons and some coal sorts to other ones. Meanwhile，the problems of over-plus productive capacity，low industrial centralization and illegal mining are exposing，therefore the development of coal industry has heavy responsibilities. Regarding this，this article proposes six suggestions，through improving the reform of resource pricing mechanism，increasing the investment in technology，reforming administrative organization system and so on，to comprehensively promote the continuous development of coal industry.
