Abstract:Philippines has promulgated five laws concerning cyber security which involve the web video and audio，e-commerce，electronic evidence，cyber child pornography，cyber fraud，intrusion to computer systems and the protection of critical information technology infrastructure. The 2012 cyber law referenced European Cybercrime Convention and makes comprehensive and systematic regulations on cracking down，punishment and protection against cybercrime. Philippines National Police set up the cyber law enforcement until 2013. 2019 saw the intensive international law enforcement cooperation between Philippines and INTERPOL，the United States，Australia，Britain and China in fighting cybercrime. However，Philippines is still facing serious challenges due to being accused of human rights abuse and the weak law enforcement capability.
