效率与公平：澳门劳动报酬问题研究

Abstract:Since her return to China，Macau has achieved great success in economic development. Her labor productivity reflected in the GDP per capita has increased substantially，however，the wage share in Macau’s GDP still remains at very low position. The situation existed before her return to China，but has not made improvement after the return. On contrary，the wage share has shown a tendency of further declining. The main causes of the low wage share in Macau’s GDP include high government tax，high share of capital income in GDP and relatively large percentage of non-Macau employees. Improvement of low wage share of the employees can help Macau residents enjoy more results of economic development，increase social justice and harmony. The SAR government has several policy tools to choose from，which include setting up minimum wage law，control the number of non-Macau resident employees and dividend sharing for all citizens.
