1999~2017年澳门特区政府公共财政的现状、趋势与建议

Abstract:The economy of the Macau Special Administrative Region （SAR） has achieved a rapid development over the past 20 years，thanks to the development of the gaming sector. Public receipts and expenditure has expanded during the course. The good financial management of the SAR government has greatly promoted Macau’s social and economic stability and order，thus laying a robust foundation and making a significant contribution for the overall improvement of the society and economy，providing a strong financial support for Macau’s economic and social development. Following the publication of the Outline Development Plan for the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macau Bay Area，the SAR government needs to bring its financial functions into fuller play to promote synergic economic development within the region by assisting Macau’s economic structure to upgrade and moderately develop，and to integrate into the Bay Area by exalting Macau’s own unique advantages，which in turn will guarantee Macau’s long-term stability and prosperity.
