1999~2017年澳门行政监督制度建设与实践

Abstract:Constraining and monitoring public power is a core content of modern democratic politics and an important component of administrative management. Since the establishment of the Macau Special Administrative Region，the government has paid high attention to administrative supervision by founding the Commission Against Corruption and the Audit Commission and has provided ample resources and support to them in terms of competence attribution，personnel supply and operational costs. The overall image of integrity of the government thus has elevated in a relatively short period of time，while making certain progress. Looking into future，the administrative supervision of Macau should focus on perfection of institution，capacity building and participation in the administrative supervision in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macau Bay Area，so that a better support for the Macau model of “One Country，Two Systems” can be provided.
