文章摘要：2003年签署的《安排》及后续每年新签的补充协议，对推进澳门与内地的经贸合作具有纲领意义。《安排》实施十年来，两地经贸交流逐步深化，澳门经济也获得了新的发展动力。本文简要介绍了《安排》的内容及特点，并从货物贸易、服务贸易及博彩旅游业三个方面，分析了《安排》对澳门经济带来的影响。本文最后提出，《安排》应结合澳门有发展潜力的特色服务行业，针对性地提出开放措施。
Abstract:It is of a guiding significance for the signing of the Closer Economic Partnership Arrangement （CEPA） in 2003 and the annual subsequent supplementary agreements.
