Abstract:The Legal construction is an important guarantee for various reforms to be implemented smoothly in the Free Trade Zone. Since the establishment of the Fujian Free Trade Zone，the past five years have seen the significant progress been made in the legislative work，the system of laws and regulations has been improved day by day. With regard to the reform of the administrative management system，the system of deregulation，management，and post-event supervision has been steadily advancing，and the legalization of the business environment has achieved remarkable results. Regarding the innovation of the ecological environment and resource system，we should pay attention to the bidirectional integration of the Ecological Civilization Zone and Free Trade Zone to promote the more reasonable use of natural resources in the Fujian Free Trade Zone，the ecological environment protection system is becoming better，and the outcomes of legal construction promotes green development is obvious. In terms of commercial development，commercial subjects are growing rapidly，commercial trials are playing an increasing role in regulating and guiding the market，and the use of foreign capital is steadily improving. The commercial legal system is rapidly developing and improving. At the same time，the Free Trade Zone attaches great importance to the construction of financial rule of law，and has achieved initial results in the construction of financial laws and regulations，financial justice，and financial supervision. In response to the severe situation of novel coronavirus and the adverse impact of the Sino-US Trade Agreement，on the basis of using the experience of other free trade system，This paper lists the deficiencies in the development of the intellectual property system and points out the general direction of the intellectual property system construction in the future.
