2019~2020年福建自贸试验区投资环境优化成效与展望

Abstract:Since the establishment of the Fujian Pilot Free Trade Zone five years ago，it has achieved remarkable results in the optimization of the administrative approval system，the optimization of trade facilitation，the innovation of the Fujian-Taiwan cooperation model，and the construction of an industrial agglomeration platform，creating a favorable investment environment. However，in terms of capital control，corporate communication，policy transparency，legal construction，financial innovation，and administrative service quality，there is still a need for further improvement to optimize the investment environment. To this end，the Fujian Pilot Free Trade Zone ought to clarify optimization directions in areas such as investment liberalization，investment facilitation，investment promotion，investment protection，investment element guarantee，and improvement of investment quality in key industries and platforms. In addition，the Fujian Pilot Free Trade Zone should adhere to the goal-oriented and problem-oriented，set a first-class international standard，promote construction and improvement according to the evaluation，encourage continuous innovation，strengthen service-oriented and learning-oriented government development，and develop and form third-party social organizations to promote the continuous improvement of the investment and business environment.
