从2019年“吉本兴业事件”看当代日本社会规范冲突

Abstract:In June 2019，Japanese media released some news regarding several show talents from Yoshimoto Kogyo partying with known members of antisocial groups. The show talents involved in the scandal，who have bypassed their company to appear at the event organized by the antisocial group and received payment from it，touch the redline of Japan’s laws and regulations. In the context of Japan’s ongoing “work-style reform”，issues such as the absence of formal employment contract between the talents and their agency and disproportionate salaries have attracted the public attention. As the largest entertainment company in Japan，Yoshimoto Kogyo has been questioned by the public in terms of its corporate compliance. As a matter of fact，the scandal is the result of the conflict between such social norms as legal norms，rules and ethical norms. It is recommended that public figures not only abide by the law，but also bear more moral responsibility in public.
