2019年日本高边疆安保战略解析

Abstract:With the economic globalization and rapid development of science and technology，the national interests gradually transcend the physical boundary，with the “high frontier” field represented by the internet，space，electromagnetic and polar affairs increasingly becoming the main battlefield of great power competition. From the perspective of national security，Japan actively participates in the competition of high frontier field，which is not only necessary to promote Japan’s pursuit of “national normalization”，but also contribute to Japan’s buildup of its military power. The building of Japan’s security capability in the “high frontier” will intensify the existing competition among major powers as well as worsen the security environment around China and affect the long-term development of Sino-Japanese relations. Major countries in the world should，through coordination on an equal basis，jointly participate in promoting global governance in the “high frontier” field，in order to avoid further politicization，militarization and growing ideological tendency in that field that will threaten the long-term interests of human society.
