东盟国家的“工业4.0”战略：现状与前景

Abstract:Under the impact of the fourth industrial revolution，various policies and strategies of industrial 4.0 and economic transformation plans have been launched by Southeast Asian countries successively，all of which aim to deal with the reconstruction of the global value chain，promote economic transformation，avoid falling into the middle-income trap，reverse or delay the process of “deindustrialization” and reshape their international competitiveness. The implementation and expansion of Industry 4.0 will create both challenges and opportunities for Southeast Asian countries. Due to the diversity of the economic development，the industry 4.0 may further enlarge the regional “digital gap” and development disparities because of the adjustment of multinational companies’ investment item layout which was evoked by the new industrial technology and reconstruction of global value chain.
