东盟区域内劳动力的流动及影响

Abstract:With the process of ASEAN regional economic integration，the volume of labor mobility in the region has expanded. Thailand，Malaysia and Singapore have become the centers of regional labor mobility. Currently，Thailand has the largest number of workers in ASEAN，followed by Malaysia and Singapore. In Thailand，more than half of the overseas labor is distributed in the industrial sector. Malaysia’s overseas labor is more evenly distributed in the agricultural，industrial and service sectors. Overseas workers in Singapore are concentrated in the service industry. Facing with the growing numbers of foreign workers，laws，many regulations and policy measures have been adopted by the importing countries，exporting countries and regional organizations. The influence of accelerating Intra-ASEAN Labor Mobility on economic growth，income and consumption，and labor markets are different in different countries.
