中巴经济走廊建设框架内的铁路合作及其意义

Abstract:Due to the introduction and innovation of new technologies，the current Chinese railway system，especially the High-speed Rail，has ranked the first in different perspectives in the world. With the most advanced railway technology，equipment，construction ability，operational experience and R&D capacity，China is ready to share its achievement in railway with other members in the international community. At the same time，Chinese railway is gaining increasing attention and acknowledgement from the world. To take China and Pakistan as an example，we have witnessed the long-term cooperation between these two friendly neighboring nations in the field of railway construction. As the flagship project in the Belt and Road，China-Pakistan Economic Corridor has attained periodical success and injected new vitality to the China-Pakistan railway cooperation. In view of the ample space for further cooperation，eight proposals will be put forward to promote the cooperation in the railway，thus better adapting to the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor construction and the development of Pakistan.
