2019年复杂经贸环境对广东外经贸影响的考察

Abstract:In recent two years，the complex international economic and trade situation has led to the “multiple dilemmas” in Guangdong’s foreign trade. First，the growth rate of the world economy has been slow down for a long time，and international trade and investment activities have been sluggish. Second，the first stage economic and trade agreements between China and the America did not eliminate trade dispute and exclusion additional high duties. Third，the Covid-19 Epidemic outbreak and spread in worldwide，affected the production and operation activities of China’s economy and foreign trade enterprises in February to March，and affected the global economy and foreign trade partners from March to June，resulting in shrinking international demand，stagnation of trade and supply chain activities，and possibly leading to the global economic crisis. Under this background，most of foreign trade enterprises in Guangdong are facing a serious crisis state of lack of raw material supply，lack of market demand，lack of trading orders，and stop production. In order to break through the multiple dilemmas of the economic and trade environment，we must promote the pace of comprehensive resumption of production；strengthen international cooperation between China and other countries to fight against the Covid-19 Epidemic，and expand the export of medical care and epidemic prevention products；actively stabilizing the FDI and foreign trade；restore and further improve business environment；increase the introduction of foreign capital to high-end industries；strengthen the construction of free trade zones （ports） and promote China’s high-level opening up；and so on.
