中非法律外交70年：回顾与展望

Abstract:China-Africa legal diplomacy has a specific background and great practical significance. Since the founding of the new China，China-Africa legal diplomacy has gone through four historical periods：beginning，stagnation，development and acceleration. Since the establishment of Forum on China-Africa Cooperation-Legal Forum in 2009，and especially since the implementation of the Beijing Action Plan（2013-2015）and Johannesburg Action Plan（2016-2018）over the past six years，China-Africa legal diplomacy，both official and private，has made many important achievements，but there are also some deficiencies exposed. In the new era when China and Africa jointly build “the Belt and Road” and jointly promote production capacity cooperation，to develop China-Africa legal diplomacy，we need to take new measures in theoretical construction，quantitative improvement，platform building，talent training and academic research.
