政府投资管理研究
文章摘要：本文首先概括了政府投资管理的研究背景和意义，并在总结当前我国政府投资管理出现的各种问题的基础上，借鉴了西方发达国家先进的政府投资管理经验，随后对政府投资管理全过程进行了科学的阶段划分，并提出每个阶段政府投资管理的主要内容和应采取的管理措施，最后对如何进一步加强政府投资管理提出了具体的政策建议。
