普遍性与共同价值——从康德出发

Abstract:Universality is commonly considered as being objective，only what is objective is universal. The justification of Kant destroys the common consideration. Kant，in Critique of Judgments，justifies a subjective universality by analyzing aesthetic judgment. The subject of common values is now being discussed by the whole globe. The understanding and analysis made by Kant concerning universality can give us important enlightenment. Common values，as a kind of universal idea，proposed based on the positive interpretation of global structure and human future development，is positive construction of free life rather than passive acceptance of objective rules. In order to interpret humanistic standpoint and perspective，we should start from humanistic standpoint rather than make the so-called universal value under a universal concept.
