Abstract:Singapore has comprehensive information technology infrastructure，highly qualified IT technical talents，efficient government digital governance ability and a mature commercial market. These features form the stepping stone for the development of the country’s digital economy. However，compared with the vibrant market forces in China and the United States，Singapore is weak in aspects of market vitality and industry innovation. This paper reviews Singapore’s digital economy development from the four dimensions：digital infrastructure，digital governance，digital innovation，digital action plans and China-Singapore digital economic cooperation. This study aims to draw a full picture of Singapore’s recent developments in digital economy.
