文章摘要：在供给侧结构性改革的背景下，北京企业（尤其是工业企业）的出口受到了较大的影响，工业出口额持续大幅度下降，在一定程度上影响了北京开放型经济体制以及开放型经济发展战略的实现。本研究拟从政府层面、企业层面和中介组织层面探讨提升北京企业出口的针对性措施和建议，力求为北京开放型城市的构建做出应有的贡献。
