Abstract:The tacit understanding of political and economic interaction between China and Australia over the years is being undermined by the instability of Australia's China policy.Among the reasons for this change，the serious economic dependence of Australia on China，the influence of the Australia-US alliance on China-Australia relations are old ones，the influence of the regional order by China's rise，Chinese government paying more attention to overseas interests of enterprises are new ones.The intertwining and accumulating of these new and old issues has led to a new round of tension between China and Australia.The transformation of the contradictory center between China and Australia and the instability of the ruling party's internal China policy indicate that，China-Australia relations are facing a complicated and profound change.Behind the change is Australia's serious division of views on China.Political behavior，social cognition and policy research centered on the China face very different trends.In addition，it is increasingly difficult for Australia to continue the diplomatic model of separation of politics and economy，and there has been an unprecedented dilemma in the formulation of Australia's China policy.
