Abstract

Annual Report on the Development of Cross-Border E-Commerce in China（2022） is the third annual blue book to study the development of cross-border e-commerce in China which is organized and researched by Henan World Electronic Trade Research Institute and Global （Zhengzhou） Cross-Border E-Commerce Research Institute. Under the impact of the epidemic in the century and the accelerated evolution of the changes in a century，the international environment is becoming more complex and severe. China’s economic is marked by the “Triple Pressure”. How to conform to the new situation and break the blockage of cross-border e-commerce by institutional opening-up that is an significant practical issue to make the better China’s cross-border e-commerce. Focusing on the theme of “Promoting the Development of Cross-Border E-Commerce with Institutional Opening-up”，the book comprehensively summarizes the new environment，the new characteristics and the main challenges of China’s cross-border e-commerce in 2021，and deeply analyzes the development trend of China’s cross-border e-commerce in 2022. It puts forward suggestions on how cross-border e-commerce can break the blockage of development with institutional opening-up in the new situation in order to build the new digital trade policy and standard rule system represented by cross-border e-commerce to serve to the high-quality development and high-level opening-up of China’s economy. It will break the dependence of China’s cross-border e-commerce industry on the international logistics giants.
